Are CATIA Users Good SwYmers?

Since 2007, we’ve been hearing about the 3DSwYm (See What You Mean) social collaboration platform. It was introduced as a joint venture between Dassault Systèmes (DS) and Publicis Groupe, with the intention of empowering consumers to participate more actively in the product design process.
A few years later, Bruno Delahaye, VP ENOVIA market strategy, told attendees of DSCC 2010 that 3DSwYm was ready, having been tested internally at DS with more than 9,000 users. At the time, DS was partnering with blueKiwi enterprise social software.
Fast forward to now: In mid-April of this year, DS announced the end of its bluekiwi relationship while promoting “the release of its next-generation 3DSwYm social innovation application.” Read full article »
